Post-doc in PVT solver development

We are looking for a postdoc researcher to develop a PVT solver to predict VLE, VLLE, and LLE of hydrocarbon systems with high amount of CO2. A Ph.D. in chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, or a related area is required.

The candidate must:
1) Have a strong knowledge in thermodynamics equation and calculation.
2) Have programming skills (C++ or Pythons,…).
3) Have experince in development of EOSs (cubic, SAFT,...).

The project will be based in the LCADAME lab, the federal university of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). The position is available for 1 year with the possibility of an extension based on performance.
